These terms apply when you use the Dusty Foot Tours website in Namibia and request a tour or a quotation. By using the site you accept them.
We keep the itineraries, prices, dates and availability on this site as accurate as we can, but they are indicative and may change. A quotation becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing by email.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary and received the deposit we specify in writing. Payment terms, cancellation terms and any third-party supplier conditions are set out in the confirmation we send you.
Please provide accurate information (names, dates, passport details and health or mobility requirements) so we can plan your trip safely, and make sure travel insurance is in place before you travel.
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Dusty Foot Tours or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them for another purpose without asking us first.
We plan and operate our trips with care. To the extent the law allows, Dusty Foot Tours is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, or by relying on general information on this website rather than your written confirmation.
